Emergency Services

We are part of Harris County Emergency Services District 11 which provides EMS and ambulance services.
We are also a part of Harris County Emergency Services District 7 which provides firefighting and rescue services.
The Cypress Creek EMS Communications Center dispatches all ambulance, fire and rescue services for our area.
Fire/rescue services are dispatched on 453.100 MHz, PL 114.8 (COM 4 - WPGZ339).
EMS/ambulance services are dispatched on 453.125 MHz, PL 192.8 (COM 1 - WPGZ339).

Contractors

Note: If you have a problem with the trash or landscaping contractor or their services, please contact the Maintenance Committee Chairperson (Brad Serres) instead of the contractor. If you have a problem with the gate's operation, please contact the Security Committee Chairperson (Brad Serres)  instead of the contractor.  It's best for our POA to have only one person dealing with each of the contractors.
